EPA posted a Small Business Compliance Guide to assist small businesses in understanding the requirements of the 2024 New Source Performance Standards for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry. The final rule, which will sharply reduce emissions of methane and other harmful air pollution from oil and natural gas operations, became effective May 7, 2024.
